Ingredients
- 1 kg of rump steak in thin slices
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of steak seasoning
- Barbecue sticks
FAROFA
- Oil or olive oil
- ½ chopped onion
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 cups of cassava flour
- Salt to taste
SALAD
- 3 sliced onions
- Salt as needed
- Water as needed
- 1 finely chopped chili pepper
- 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley
- ½ cup of olive oil
- ¼ cup of vinegar
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
Season the meat with salt and steak seasoning. Stack the steaks and cut into equal squares. Skewer them with a toothpick so that they are well-combined. Grill the meat on a grill with olive oil or oil and set aside.
For the stuffing, brown the bacon, onion and garlic well. Add the flour and season with salt.
For the salad, place the onion in a bowl and add a little salt and water to cover. Leave for 40 minutes, rinse and drain. Add the pepper, parsley, olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt.
