Ingredients
- 1 liter of water at room temperature
- 1 cup of almonds with or without skin
Preparation Method
- Fit the permanent filter accessory of the Mondial Blender , close the lid, open the smaller lid, add the almonds and water to the filter tube.
- Cover again, start using the pulse function and then beat for 1 to 2 minutes on high speed.
- Twist the lid so the holes line up with the spout and serve.
- Tip: It lasts 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator. And the almond pulp can be used in breads, cakes, brigadeiro and other recipes.
