Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 3 sliced bananas
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- ½ cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation Method
In a frying pan, melt the butter and sugar until it forms a caramel. Add the bananas and set aside. In a bowl, add the egg, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla essence and mix well. Add the flour, chocolate, and baking powder and mix well. Spread the dough on top of the bananas and cook over low heat with the lid on for approximately 20 minutes. Unmold while still hot.
