Ingredients
- 4 cups (tea) of cooked rice (any type)
- 1 cup (tea) of diced ham
- 2 cups (tea) of mozzarella cheese and chopped prato cheese
- 2 medium diced tomatoes
- 1 sliced tomato
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup (tea) of cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons (soup) of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 box of cream
- ¾ cup (tea) of whole milk
- Sliced mozzarella (to cover)
- Oregano to taste
- 4 pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup (tea) of breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Preparation Mode
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grease a large baking dish with butter or olive oil. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, ham, mozzarella cheese, and diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and whole milk. Mix well until smooth.
Pour the egg and dairy mixture over the rice in the baking dish, spreading it evenly. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the creamy rice. Cover the baking dish with mozzarella slices.
