Cashew Candy

Ingredients (4 servings)

  1. 10 large cashews
  2. 300 g of sugar

Preparation method

  1. Pierce the cashew and squeeze out all the juice.
  2. Bring the broth to a boil, add the sugar and let it boil a little.
  3. Add the cashew, let it boil until it darkens a little.
