Fish Nuggets

Ingredients

  1. 500g of tilapia, hake or hake fillet
  2. 2 Eggs
  3. 1 cup of wheat flour
  4. 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  5. 1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan cheese
  6. 1 tablespoon of paprika
  7. 1 tablespoon of assorted dried herbs (parsley, chives, thyme, etc.)
  8. 1 crushed garlic clove
  9. Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Method

  1. Cut the fillets diagonally and then in half.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
  3. Break the eggs into a plate and beat lightly.
  4. In another dish, place the wheat flour. And in another, place the breadcrumbs, paprika, herbs, cheese, salt and pepper, and mix well.
  5. Pass each piece of fish in wheat flour, then in eggs and finally in breadcrumbs, and place in the Mondial Air Fryer.
  6. If you wish, drizzle with a little olive oil, this is optional.
  7. Program the Mondial Air Fryer at 200° for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. They are dry on the outside and moist on the inside.
