Ingredients
- 500g of tilapia, hake or hake fillet
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of assorted dried herbs (parsley, chives, thyme, etc.)
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Method
- Cut the fillets diagonally and then in half.
- Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Break the eggs into a plate and beat lightly.
- In another dish, place the wheat flour. And in another, place the breadcrumbs, paprika, herbs, cheese, salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Pass each piece of fish in wheat flour, then in eggs and finally in breadcrumbs, and place in the Mondial Air Fryer.
- If you wish, drizzle with a little olive oil, this is optional.
- Program the Mondial Air Fryer at 200° for 10 to 15 minutes.
- They are dry on the outside and moist on the inside.
