Ingredients
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation Method
- Place all the ingredients in the Mondial Bread Maker pan and program the Pizza function, leaving it for just 45 minutes.
- When the dough is homogeneous, cancel the cycle, remove the dough from the Mondial Bread Maker , place it on a floured surface and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3 mm.
- Place the dough on a baking tray and spread the topping of your choice, similar to a pizza, but in smaller quantities.
- Bake in a preheated Mondial oven at 200°C until golden brown.
- Remove from the Mondial Oven , cut into smaller pieces and serve.
