Ingredients
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons dry yeast
- 250g guava paste for the filling
Preparation Method
- Place all the dough ingredients in the Mondial Bread Machine and program the Pizza cycle.
- When the cycle is finished, remove the dough, place it on a lightly floured surface and roll out into a rectangle measuring approximately 70 x 50cm.
- Spread the guava paste in flakes over the dough, roll it up like a Swiss roll widthwise, and cut into slices of about 2 cm.
- Grease the cavities of the Mondial cupcake machine with butter or release agent and place a slice of dough in each one.
- Turn on the machine and leave until golden brown. Remove and add more until they are all finished.
