Guava Snails

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoons dry yeast
  • 250g guava paste for the filling

    Preparation Method

    1. Place all the dough ingredients in the Mondial Bread Machine and program the Pizza cycle.
    2. When the cycle is finished, remove the dough, place it on a lightly floured surface and roll out into a rectangle measuring approximately 70 x 50cm.
    3. Spread the guava paste in flakes over the dough, roll it up like a Swiss roll widthwise, and cut into slices of about 2 cm.
    4. Grease the cavities of the Mondial cupcake machine with butter or release agent and place a slice of dough in each one.
    5. Turn on the machine and leave until golden brown. Remove and add more until they are all finished.
