Ingredients
- 1 Pot of natural yogurt
- 3 Eggs
- 80 ml of oil
- 200 g sugar
- 480 g of wheat flour
- 2 Lemons
- Lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 can of condensed milk
Preparation Method
- Remove the zest from the lemon, without touching the white part to avoid bitterness. Cut and squeeze the juice. Set aside.
- In the Mondial Blender, place the yogurt, eggs, oil, sugar and juice of 1 lemon. Blend very well.
- Pour into a bowl and add the lemon zest and sifted wheat flour. Stir slowly using a whisk.
- Finally, add the yeast and mix. Place in a greased and floured pan and bake in the Mondial Air fryer at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
- For the frosting, mix the condensed milk with the juice and zest of 1 lemon. Pour the frosting over the cooled cake.
