Lemon Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

  1. 1 Pot of natural yogurt
  2. 3 Eggs
  3. 80 ml of oil
  4. 200 g sugar
  5. 480 g of wheat flour
  6. 2 Lemons
  7. Lemon zest
  8. 1 tablespoon of yeast
  9. 1 can of condensed milk

Preparation Method

  1. Remove the zest from the lemon, without touching the white part to avoid bitterness. Cut and squeeze the juice. Set aside.
  2. In the Mondial Blender, place the yogurt, eggs, oil, sugar and juice of 1 lemon. Blend very well.
  3. Pour into a bowl and add the lemon zest and sifted wheat flour. Stir slowly using a whisk.
  4. Finally, add the yeast and mix. Place in a greased and floured pan and bake in the Mondial Air fryer at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
  5. For the frosting, mix the condensed milk with the juice and zest of 1 lemon. Pour the frosting over the cooled cake.
